What drives me

The mission

"To help individuals and organizations move from reaction to strategy, from chaos to clarity with a purpose-built plan that scales. Leadership isn’t about knowing it all, it’s about unlocking the potential of others to create lasting impact."

behind the scenes

A little bit more about me

I didn't grow up with a roadmap.

I grew up in a racially segregated, predominantly white community with Italian and German working-class roots. Poppy sharing vegetables from the garden with neighbors in need, firewood stacked like insurance against a hard winter. No college fund. No blueprint. But my parents were progressive, service-minded people who taught us that showing up for others wasn't optional.

As a kid, I was a social outcast. What saved me was finding comfort in people who were different from me; culturally, economically, and socially. The most marginalized kids in my community were also the most welcoming, and that never left me.

I became the first in my family to pursue graduate and post-graduate education. I worked my way through college and graduate school holding down full and part-time jobs simultaneously. I've lived and worked in Southeast Asia and led diverse teams across Peru, India, Brazil, and the EU; not as a passport stamp, but because I believed then what my PhD research later confirmed: different perspectives don't complicate the work. They make it better.

That's the through-line in everything I build.

For 18+ years, I've led post-sales operations, programs, and enterprise customer success at scale; turning chaotic delivery into measurable, profit-driving engines that protected retention and fueled growth. My background sits at the intersection of field operations, enterprise customer success, and strategic transformation. I bring both head and heart to the table, and I've spent just as much time studying why teams work as I have leading them.

The part that actually drives me? Watching a team stop surviving change and start leading through it.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • Built CoreTeams where I shifted delivery from individual heroics to team systems, unlocking 37% portfolio adoption, saving 7 headcount, and creating a dual pipeline: top talent elevated, emerging leaders developed

  • Stewarded a $304M enterprise portfolio with 98% customer retention and 72% ARR growth

  • Protected $9M in attrition risk through executive-level escalation management and cross-functional alignment

  • Achieved 95.6% team retention through a complete business model transformation, from cost to profit center, built in a way people actually wanted to be a part of

  • Reduced a field services queue 91% in 20 days by streamlining escalation intake and balancing engineering demand with in-house talent and confidence programs

I hold a PhD in Business Strategy focused on virtual team innovation where trust, capabilities, and distributed performance come together. My research wasn't theoretical. It was personal. I already knew what diverse, high-trust teams could do. I just needed the data to prove it. At Adobe, I took it to action.

I adopt and continue to leverage Agentic AI and GenAI tooling to augment sophisticated workflows; enhancing customer time-to-value while preserving human connection. I'm known for turning ambiguity into action, building clarity in chaos, and helping teams reconnect with the "why" behind the work.

Recently, I returned from six weeks traveling remote regions of China and Thailand with my family; watching my kids meet family for the first time, including their pópo & yé ye. What I brought back: the same principles that build strong families build strong teams. Trust. Patience. Authentic presence. The courage to invest in what matters most.

Outside of work, I'm a proud father of three imaginative kids who've taught me more about leadership than any playbook ever could; from negotiating peace treaties over ice cream to fielding big life questions from the backseat. Those lessons find their way back into how I lead teams and champion change every single day.

I'm looking for executive roles at the intersection of operations, people strategy, and post-sales transformation, where building resilient systems and developing people aren't competing priorities, but the same one.

If you're building the future of technical success, member experience, or enterprise post-sales operations, I'd welcome the conversation.
