What drives me
The mission

"To help individuals and organizations move from reaction to strategy, from chaos to clarity with a purpose-built plan that scales. Leadership isn’t about knowing it all, it’s about unlocking the potential of others to create lasting impact."

Richard Bull leads with quiet confidence, a systems mindset, and a deep belief in the power of strong teams.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning field operations, project - program leadership, and strategic transformation, Richard brings both head and heart to the table. His background sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, post-sales customer success, and technical leadership. Richard has spent years working directly with large customers on complex data, platform, and integration challenges while leading teams that translate that complexity into scalable systems. Most recently, at Adobe, he led a team of 16 directs and over 56 supporting professionals servicing a $304M book of business. To help scale as the business grew from cost to profit center, he launched CoreTeams, a coaching and enablement engine built to engrain technical excellence, elevate customer centric outcomes, and nurture top & emerging talent along the way. Richard adopts and continues to leverage Agentic AI and GenAI tooling to augment sophisticated workflows to enhance customer time to value while while preserving human connection.
Richard’s approach to leadership is shaped by both research and real life. He holds a PhD in Business Strategy and Innovation, with a dissertation focused on trust and collaboration in hybrid teams. But ask anyone who’s worked with him, and they'll tell you: his superpower isn’t just theory; it’s building structures that move strategy forward while empowering the people within them with empathy. It is that passion to unlock their potential that drives him.
He's guided high-visibility escalations, stabilized millions in at-risk revenue through influencing product roadmaps while coaching emerging leaders into their next chapter. He’s known for turning ambiguity into action, building clarity in chaos, and helping teams reconnect with the “why” behind the work.
Outside of the office, Richard is a proud father of three imaginative kids who’ve taught him more about leadership than any customer success playbook ever could. From negotiating peace treaties over ice cream to fielding big life questions from the backseat, he treats everyday moments as practice in integrity, empathy, and humor. These are the lessons that often find their way back into how he leads teams and champions change.
From playground to portfolio, Richard builds cultures of trust, systems of impact, and teams that thrive.
